Tips to Success : Step OUT
Step OUT! Everyone wanted to evolve. How could you really do that? The tips is to get your hand dirty. You will never experience things if you just sit there and wait. Or just sit there and receiving information.
The fun things about involvement is. Every second you spend to get involve in things. You learn and you realize new things about yourself or LIFE.
STEP OUT to take things in charge. To put things on your shoulder. To be responsible to what you really agree with. Then the world of growth will open up for you.

Train my Time Management
Having such a busy schedule like I am, time is the most crucial thing. Without spending every second meaningfully, you will end up have no result or/and has no rest.
Today, I slow down myself. I give myself excuses to stay late in office. Having that delay, my whole plan of the night (why night? cause my own private time only start after work) delay. With a 3 hours delay. I do not even feel like wanted to continue follow my schedule.
That is a lunatic "I", keep on think think think, slow slow slow and end up push me to the corner and do nothing > No result.
My couch teach me to write down my schedule. Note down "What time to do what!". Put down even your resting time. Follow the schedule straightly. You will find that your time management is wonderful. Until a day, you know are you good enough. Then you can stop note down everything but the important one only.
I know this method work perfectly fine for someone like me (lazy, not determine,etc) I tried it and it work! The first day I use it. I manage to follow 70% of it. Imagine how wonderful is it to have 70% of time throwing into production, produce something good for myself...
What had take over me? Is a message from my heart say "I can never finish so much of my work. I can slow down now cause I will never able to finish it!". Well, this is something not helping me along my path to clarity. I must not fall into this negative energy.
I will start again! Write down my to-do list. Break it down to smaller item if is too complicated. Work it out!
I must be faithful to myself. After all, this is my life.

Reading English Novel
I am not a reader. I like communication but dislike study. What I do with language is just "until the level I could reach out to people". With this sucking mindset. I dun seriously do something to improve my language skill esp English.
Don't get me wrong. I am not trying to put myself down. I could speak very well. From the way I speak, you will never notice that I am actually dunno much about the language. Cause I can figure out how to speak out confidently or fluently. Can you? I think not much people could. When come to writing or vocabulary. I am stuck!
Adapting the habit of dislike study and have no intention to improve my language. I don't read things that is I not force to read. In school, I will only read the topic for exam. That is the only time I will read. When I was older, I will read for my interest, like health care or something mystery. Story about pass life, about emotion that causes cancer... Even I have great interest but I could take 2 months to finsih a 200 pages book. Novel is never my choice. Cause I dislike story that people make up!
In my coming Basic Leader Program, I suppose to read 3 books. 3 ENGLISH BOOKS.. NOVEL some more. This is really hard for me. Reading in ENGLISH. You know what, I never really READ English story book in my life. All the books are in Bahasa Melayu or Malay in my education until University.
Reading in English some more is Novel really a big challenge for me!
What i am really glad of is > I could get rib of the "Language is just enough if I am able to communicate". I been deny that learning English is not that important cause I can run my day with my level of English now. I am glad that I put that away and replace with "I got to be in English to move on".

Ego
What is ego ?
If you think you are not a detail person, then you are actually egotist about you are careless.
If you think you are shy, then you are so egotist about your shyness.
If you do not get over your ego, you will never go beyond that.
How to get over your ego? Prove to yourself you are wrong!
If you are not a detail person, prove that is wrong. Examine what you will be careless and when you will be detail. Some time is not about you are not detail, just that you choose not to be detail under certain condition.
Want to evolve? Then try to get off the EGO within you.

Business Plan That Take 18 Months to Launch
Just back from Guerrilla Marketing course. We will meet again in a week time and discuss how things going.
Guerrilla Marketing or GM in short is really about how to make the marketing work using the minimum budget. Everything are so practical and real. All the attack that you will make to market will bring you result.
The interesting fact about GM is relationship. GM will count the number of relationship earn during month end rather than counting the $ earning. After all, business is about relationship. The business has a product to sell and it all goes back to people.
Everyone wish to start up business. Have financial freedom, early retirement.. etc.. Do you know normally it will take up to 18 months for you to actually make an attack to the market? If you are not ready to maintain the attack, then you consider as not ready for attack. In that case, you needed more time to prepare.
It is not easy to start up with business. A lot of work to be done. I wish to start up my own business by Q4 of 2009.
For the time being, I need to market myself to find a new job!

Guerrilla Marketing
Yesterday and today I enrolled with a seminar > Guerrilla Marketing. My intention to this seminar is to Market Myself.
One of the toughest thing that I face is my ENGLISH. My limitation in English is really withdrawing my confident to learn more...
GM is very practical kind of marketing and you can actually do marketing using very little budget. Best used for small business with big ambitions.
I guess the thing that I impress the most about GM is they treat customer base an asset and this able to provide them a life time followupable sale.
I was not doing well yesterday. Either it was due to my English is not good and that draw everything back or I am slow. Compare to the people in the room, they are all much faster than I am.
Later at 9am, the seminar will start again. Hope I can follow with the progress of the class.
Kelvin commented, I could be a small group leader. A leader that able to take care of few person in the team. A good personal assistance and a good supporter. I feel so sad that I am just a small group leader, I wanted something more influential. Only an influential person can impact more people. I want to pass on the message of LOVE and grow the junior.
